We at Fitzpatrick Paints & Quarter Horses, were looking to add another stallion to our breeding program when Berteig Performance Horses brought to our attention the possibility of purchasing CATTALAC GOLD. And a big Thank You goes out to AJ Neish (Maddox) for allowing us to purchase this amazing young stallion! After we purchased him he was sent to the Berteig Performance Horses training program and after 30 days, he was already loping the barrel pattern. We were excited with the prospect of him running barrels in his futurity year. He then came home to go out and breed his first band of mares and during his breeding season he was injured which ended his futurity year.
This year we have his second crop of foals on the ground, and we feel after 50 years of AQHA breeding, his foals are some of the most sensible we have trained!
We are so excited for this young stallion’s future!!
